Biography

Graham Cook is a Counsellor with the Legal Affairs Division of the WTO Secretariat. In that capacity, he serves as a legal advisor to WTO dispute settlement panels.

He is the author of various publications on WTO law, and the editor of the WTO Analytical Index: Guide to WTO Law and Practice. He received both his LL.B. and LL.M. from the Faculty of Law at the University of British Columbia.

Prior to joining the WTO Secretariat in 2006, he worked as a lawyer with the Government of Canada.
