Victoria Solis

Victoria is from Seattle, Washington, United States. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Washington- Seattle (UW) with a double-major in English and Political Science, focusing the bulk of her Political Science major in International Relations.

During her time at the University of Washington, she interned with the non-profit, The Borgen Project, participated in the Washington Undergraduate Law Review, and was part of the Secretariat for Model United Nations. Victoria was one of ten students chosen to represent the University of Washington at the International Model United Nations competition in New York City, where she led the resolution writing for her committee, and placed with the "Top Position Paper" in UNICEF.

 Since graduating in 2015, Victoria joined the workforce, where she has most recently been working as a consultant for Microsoft Corp. in several capacities, including marketing. She has also had the opportunity to ghost-write for the Microsoft in Government, Public Safety and National Security sector, working alongside stakeholders, and collaborating with high-priority clients like the U.S. Department of Defense.

 Victoria is looking forward to getting back to school and pursuing her interest and passion for politics and law, it's bodies and functions, and believes the IELPO program will be the stepping-stone that helps her launch her career in international law. She also is excited to learn more about her Spanish roots during her time in Spain.

Victoria is fluent in English, and has an intermediate knowledge of both French and Spanish.
