Shu Wen



Shu Wen is from Beijing, China. She obtained her Bachelor of Law degree and minor degree of Management at University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in 2016. She is now a first-year graduate student at UIBE Law School majored in international economic law.

Her graduation paper for bachelor degree is on Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures. Last year, she took part in the research project on cross-border insolvency law launched by China’s Supreme Court. She is in charge of UIBE Law Review, the student academic journal of her law school, as the chief editor.

In 2016, She participated the 14th edition of ELSA Moot Court Competition and she was a member of UIBE team for 13th edition ELSA Moot. She participated the fourth China WTO Law Moot Court and won the runner-up in 2015.

She interned at Beijing office of Dentons and All Bright Law Office as the legal assistant in international trade team. During the internship, she dealt with antidumping and countervailing cases and studied on the issue of China’s non-market economy status.

With the determination of becoming a legal professional in international trade, she furthers her study in international economic law at IELPO.

Shu Wen is a native speaker of Chinese and is fluent in English. She is also an intermediate learner of French.
