Khusrav Rasulov was born in Tajikistan. He graduated from high school in the United States and obtained his undergraduate degree at School of International Relations of Saint-Petersburg State University majoring in International Relations. He is now a first-year graduate mastering in economics, more precisely, international trade system in Faculty of Economics, Saint-Petersburg State University.
During his undergraduate studies Khusrav had a chance to contribute to the work and organization of several internationally important events in Russia. He has worked for “Saint-Petersburg International Economic Forum” in 2011 and 2012 consecutive years. Soon after, he was invited to work for APEC Russia 2012 Planning Team during Russia’s chairmanship over “Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation” and its ministerial meetings throughout Russia. In 2013 Khusrav volunteered as team-leader in G20 Leaders’ Summit in Saint-Petersburg.
Khusrav holds the Certificate of UNCTAD Virtual Institute indicating his participation in a study tour to Geneva-based international organizations working on trade and development, including WTO, ACWL, International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development, International Trade Centre and others.
