Nicolás Bühler was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1986. He obtained his Law Degree from the University of Buenos Aires' Law School in 2011. In 2010, during his studies, Nicolás took part of the team that represented the University of Buenos Aires in the Third Edition Foreign Direct Investment Moot held in Malibu, U.S.A.
In 2008 Nicolás worked as a paralegal for the law firm Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martínez de Hoz (h). In 2010 Nicolás started working as a paralegal for the law firm Hope, Duggan & Silva and, after finishing his studies, he was incorporated as an associate lawyer in the department of Corporate Law, dealing mainly with investments from foreign and local investors, capital markets, trade finance, government approvals and regulatory requirements.
After gaining practical experience, Nicolás has decided to take part of the IELPO LL.M. Programme at the University of Barcelona, in which he intends to acquire a broad knowledge on international economic law.Nicolás is a native speaker in Spanish, fluent in English and has an intermediate knowledge of German.
