Sonali is an Economist from India. She obtained her Bachelors’ Degree in Economics with Honors in International Economics and Public Finance in 2011. She completed her Masters in Economics in 2013 with specialization in Econometrics and Money& Banking from Department of Economics, Panjab University, India. Her areas of profound interest are Economic Modeling and Data Analysis Techniques. She has published numerous articles and research papers in leading journals and magazines; and has presented papers at reputed national and international conferences. She has also attended Summer School in Environmental Economics at London school of Economics and Winter School in International trade Law at Indian Society for international Law , New Delhi.
Alongside her academic pursuits, Sonali has worked with numerous research organizations. She has been associated with Asia’s first youth-led public policy think tank, International Policy Analysis Network (IPAN) as a Research Coordinator. She has been coordinating IPAN’s working paper on law and economics. She has also worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Economic Growth, Delhi University where she worked on regional trade arrangements (BCIM Corridor in specific).
Sonali has decided to join IELPO so as to broader the horizon of knowledge and understanding in the matters of International Economic law. She has been admitted to IELPO with a partial scholarship.
