Li Jincheng is from Beijing, China. He was born in 1983. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Foreign Studies of Guangdong in 2003.
Regarding his labor experience, in 2003 Li Jincheng worked as staff member at the Department of Aid to Foreign Countries, Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM). In December 2003, he was assigned to the Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Bolivia, as Attaché in charge of promoting China-Bolivia trade and economic cooperation, supervision of the implementation of aid projects in Bolivia and the assistance Chinese companies in their efforts to have access into Bolivia market. In 2007, he finished his diplomatic services in Bolivia and returned to MOFCOM. From 2007 till now he works at the Department of Human Resources of this Ministry and was appointed Deputy Director in 2012.
Li Jincheng expected to expand his academic knowledge in the field of international economic law through joining the program of IELPO for the future career of diplomat in the Chinese foreign services abroad.
