Sara Núñez Évora holds a University Degree in Economics from Carlos III University of Madrid and a Masters of Science in Economics from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics. Before joining IELPO Sara worked at the World Trade Organisation, the European Commission, the European Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia and the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia. After completing IELPO, Sara has worked for UNCTAD, CUTS International and currently joined the Ministry of East African Community in Rwanda as an ODI Fellow. She published an article at the Global Trade and Customs Journal titled 'The WTO legality of the withdrawal of tariff preferences based on human rights violations'.
