Radhika was born in New Delhi, India in 1986. She completed her law degree from National Law University, Jodhpur, India with a Honors’ in International Trade and WTO Law in 2009.
Upon Completion of her studies she became intern at the Anti-dumping division of the Department of Commerce, Government of India. Subsequently she went to work as a Research Fellow at Centre for WTO Studies, a think tank set up by the Department of Commerce, Government of India. At the Centre she was involved in preparing legal opinions and undertaking studies focused in the areas of services, intellectual property rights and trade and climate change.
